New service at our office – changes to the Commercial Register

What changes can you arrange with us?

From transfers of business companies and changes to company names and registered offices to amendments to the structure of ownership interests. Simply make an appointment with us, bring the necessary documents and we will take care of the rest. Our aim is to ensure that the entire process runs smoothly and as quickly as possible.

What does this service offer?

  • Speed and efficiency: Unlike the Registration Courts, which were often overloaded and where the process took weeks or even months, we can register changes immediately.
  • Corrections on the spot: If minor errors occur in the filings, the notary can correct them immediately, avoiding unnecessary delays.
  • Simplicity: You only need to have the company’s resolution on the change ready, confirming its approval, and we will take care of all the necessary steps, including drawing up a notarial deed.

Why choose a notary?

The previous system, under which entrepreneurs had to arrange changes exclusively through the Registration Courts, was often lengthy and complicated. Although the statutory time limits required a decision within two days, in practice the courts often failed to meet them because they were overloaded. Under the new legislation, notaries may carry out these registrations, significantly easing the burden on the courts and allowing entrepreneurs to complete the administrative process without unnecessary delays.

How does it work?

Contact us, make an appointment and bring the necessary documents. We will ensure that your company can continue operating without unnecessary administrative complications.

This change is a step towards a more efficient and business-friendly environment in Slovakia. Take advantage of this opportunity and save time and stress.

We look forward to seeing you!
